Welcome to the Creek Side Farm Homeowners' Association website. We aim to provide you with up-to-date information about the CSF pool and our board members, as well as our key dates and newsletter. We also provide downloadable versions of our covenants, a gallery of our community as well as a list of useful resources. About Creek Side Farm

CSF is located in the heart of Lexington, SC and features a community pool with 216 homes. Many homes back up to a preserve with spacious lots and large trees. CSF students attend school in one of the top school districts in South Carolina. CSF is located just minutes from the capital city of Columbia.

Chili Cook Off

The 2nd Annual Chili Cook Off & Ice Cream Party will be held on September 18, 2010 from 12 - 2 at the pool. Bring the family and enjoy a FREE bowl of chili and scoop of ice cream as we say goodbye to summer. We need as many residents as possible to enter the contest and make as much chili as they can. Entering the contest is easy and FREE. To register as a chili cook contact Jerry Werries at 429-2541 or by emailing CreekSideFarmSubdivision@gmail.com. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners thanks to generous donations from Star Satellite, Applebee's and Chick-fil-A. Flyers have been distributed but please tell as many of your neighbors as you can about the event. Hope to see you all there!

Community Yard Sale

The next community yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2010 between 7 - 12. The yard sale will be advertised in the newspaper and the more residents that participate the more successful it will be.
